Captain Slag is a human[1] pirate[2] operating in the Frontier at the time of the exploration of the planet Volturnus.[3] Slag and his crew attempted to hijack the starliner Serena Dawn as it approached the planet. [4] In the ensuing fight the ship was severely damaged, forcing all who were able to abandon ship.[5]
