Council of Worlds Assembly Chamber

The Council of Worlds is the diplomatic and legislative body of the United Planetary Federation.[1] It's chambers are in Port Loren, on the planet Gran Quivera, in the Prenglar system. Each member world is entitled to a council representation. Most major mega-corporations have non-voting observer members.
