Cygnus Omicron IX is the ninth planet in the Cygnus Omicron star system. A colony on that world is under the authority of the government of Truane's Star.
A colonial uprising on Cygnus Omicron IX resulted in a police action that left the Truane's Star military short on personnel at the time of the second expedition to Volturnus.[1]
