A Projectile Hold-Out Pistol is a small, easily concealable type of slug thrower. It is usually used as a backup or emergency weapon. Projectile holdouts come in two types, Light and Heavy. Heavy pistols use a heavier caliber round and do more damage, but Light ones have higher capacity. They are otherwise similar in performance.
