Laser rifle

Dralasite military specialist carrying a laser rifle. Lasers are a favourite military weapon as they are relatively quiet, recoilless, have good range and can share power cells with other equipment, such as defensive screens.
A Laser Rifle is a long-range version of a laser pistol. It uses the same clip as a laser pistol, but gets only 10 shots per clip. Laser rifles are harder to hide than pistols, but the SEU dial can be set from 1 to 20 instead of 1 to 10.
Like pistols, laser rifles fire intense pulses of focused light (alternating infrared and ultraviolet) which can burn holes in metal plates.
